Men’s Pilates

Mel brings fabulous energy into her classes and we are excited to have her as part of our team. We advise booking early to secure your spot, as Mel’s Pilates classes are very popular. It’s a great way to start your day. Pilates promotes mobility and strength of all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion, whilst also having a key focus on the deep core muscles. It improves posture, flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer ‘make-up’ classes for the classes that you missed
  • Please do not attend classes you are not booked in to
  • All bookings, questions, go to our front office
  • If we do have availability in other classes and you wish to do an extra class, please book with the front office. Payment is required at time of booking
  • We do not automatically roll over term bookings. You need to book each term. You can book for the year. Payment needs to be made one week prior to the class starting, otherwise your booking drops off (as our system is automated) and you lose your spot. Please see term dates above
  • If you are going to be away for any length of time, please only book for the days you can attend
