The ideal class for those wanting a medium paced workout (moves to music).
Intensity can be modified by a participants in order to maintain an ongoing heart rate during their workout whilst enjoying some of the dancing components. 45 minutes constant movement, light invigorating class comprising of light cardiovascular movements, Zumba basic routines, basic muscle toning exercises, seated abdominal exercises and relaxing cool down.
This class is designed to maintaining and improving cardiovascular fitness, strength and body conditioning (incorporating dance moves, dumbbells, exercise bands and body weight exercises)
