Good Life 2:  Practical Philosophy for a Good Life

In this program you’ll discover powerful techniques for building resilience, gaining clarity, and cultivating inner calm..   The practical wisdom of the Stoics   and more modern philosophies are brought to life alongside modern neuroscience and key ideas from Eastern philosophy.

Each week combines a guided session with interactive, student-centred activities. You’ll apply what you learn through a small individual project designed to support your own search for a good life.
